1. What we collect
- Membership details passed to us by Whop when you subscribe: your name, email address, membership status and billing history (we do not receive or store your full card details; Whop and its payment processors handle those).
- Telegram details: your Telegram username/ID, so access to the private channel can be granted and removed.
- Messages you send us (email, social media, Telegram).
- Basic website data: our host may log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
2. Why we collect it
To provide and manage your membership, give and remove channel access, process payments, respond to you, meet legal and tax obligations, and prevent misuse (such as content sharing or fraud). We will only send you marketing if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the service: Whop (memberships and payments), Telegram (channel access), our website host, and professional advisers such as our accountant. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Overseas disclosure
Whop, Telegram and our website host may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries. By using the service you acknowledge your information may be handled overseas.
5. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations (for example, tax records).
6. Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, email us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
