1. Who we are

This website and the Punters Konexion membership are operated by Timothy Ray Warburton, a sole trader trading as Punters Konexion (ABN 32 775 238 722), Brisbane, Queensland ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the service is

Punters Konexion is a sports information and opinion service. Members receive our tips and commentary on sporting events through a private Telegram channel. We are not a bookmaker, wagering service or betting exchange. We do not accept bets, hold funds or place bets on your behalf, and we do not receive commissions from bookmakers for your bets.

3. Information only, not advice

Our tips are general information and our personal opinion only. They are not betting, financial or professional advice and do not take into account your personal circumstances, finances or objectives. Any decision to bet, and how much to bet, is yours alone and made at your own risk.

4. No guarantees

Sport is unpredictable. We do not guarantee any result, profit or return. You may lose money betting. Past results, including any results shown on our website or channels, are not a reliable indicator of future results. Odds quoted are those we saw when a tip was posted and may not be available to you.

5. Eligibility: 18+ only

You must be 18 or older, and of legal age to bet where you live, to use this service. By subscribing you confirm you are 18+ and that using the service is lawful in your location. We may cancel any membership where we believe this is not the case.

6. Responsible gambling

Only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, stop and seek help. Free, confidential 24/7 support: Gambling Help Online 1800 858 858, gamblinghelponline.org.au. You can self-exclude from licensed Australian online wagering at betstop.gov.au. If you ask us to, we will cancel your membership and remove you from the channel.

7. Subscriptions, billing and payments

Memberships are sold and billed through Whop (whop.com), which processes payments on our behalf. Current prices (including GST where applicable) are: NBA Tips A$45 per month; NFL Tips A$45 per month; Matched Betting & Arbitrage A$50 per month (Australian residents only); and VIP A$120 per month, which includes all sports plus access to every channel (VIP, NBA, NFL and Matched Betting & Arbitrage). The Matched Betting & Arbitrage strategies are designed for Australian bookmakers and may not be usable or lawful outside Australia. Each plan is charged automatically each month until cancelled. A 3-day free trial is offered on VIP only, for new members and once per person; no other plan includes a free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the VIP monthly price is charged automatically at the end of the trial. Whop's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase. Overseas customers are charged in AUD; your card issuer may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees.

8. Access

After payment you will be given access, through Whop, to the private Telegram channel(s) for your plan. Access is linked to an active membership. If a payment fails, or your membership is cancelled or ends, your access is removed automatically. You need a Telegram account (free) to receive tips.

9. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Whop account (whop.com or the Whop app, under your memberships). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

10. Refunds

Because tips are delivered as soon as you join, payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including rights that apply if a service is not provided with due care and skill.

11. Your conduct

Tips are for your personal use. You must not copy, resell, forward, screenshot for distribution, or publicly share members-only content. We may suspend or cancel access without refund for sharing content, abusive behaviour, chargeback abuse or breach of these terms.

12. Changes to the service and price

We may change the sports covered, number of tips, delivery channel or these terms. We will give members reasonable notice of any price change before it applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any betting losses, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the most recent monthly fee you paid.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of Queensland.
